Pranayama-the Yoga Breathing practice which bring physical and mental wellness
Pranayama is the ancient yoga breathing practice by Brahmas and Yogis since thousand years ago. It has rejuvenated the health and been continuously bringing the physical and mental benefits to countless people. Longsum Dundan bhiksu was diagnosed of serious liver disease. After trying for many ways of treatment which brought no good result, finally he recovers from the liver disease by practicing Pranayama from well known yoga master Ramdev.Later with pure motivation to benefit people, he taught this Pranayama practices to thousands of tibetan monks and overseas people. Many people rejuvenated their health and recovered from severe diseases.
The Pranayama practice has seven parts. In this DVD, Longsum Dundan personally demonstrated with detail explanations.
First pranayama practice— Bhastrika pranayama
It can improve all sorts of throat, lung and asthma problems.
The second and the third breathing practice— Kapalbhati pranayama
It can help you to improve allergy, respiratory diseases, diabetes, and functions of brain, heart and lung, as well as to relieve discomforts in stomach, intestine and prostate.
The fourth breathing practice— Anulom Vilom Pranayama
This pranayama cleanses all your energy channels, increases your physical strength, relieve urinary diseases, tissues and skin diseases…, it may also purify the body and mind, cutting illusionary thoughts and cultivate positive conditions such as courage, peace and happiness.
The fifth breathing practice— Ojai Pranayama
It can relieve the cold, thyroid problem, snoring, asthma, tonsillitis and spleen diseases, insomnia, mental stress and disorder.
The sixth breathing practice— Bhramari Pranayama
It is good for balancing your body and mind, releasing pressure. It is also very helpful to meditation practice.
The seventh breathing practice— Jinbeb (Udigitha) Pranayama
It can rejuvenate mind and bring peace, serenity, ease and positive energy. As a result, you may become more active, mindfulness and aware.
